Return Policy
Returns for bulk orders are accepted with prior approval only. No returns will be accepted after 15 days upon receiving the shipment. We only accept resalable items in the same state as received, unused and undamaged.
If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment.
After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.

If your pottery arrives damaged, save the breakage, take a picture are email us at shop@kilnedwithkindness.com. We will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
