This salt cellar is perfect for any kitchen that likes to have salt right there, close at hand. You can either mount the salt cellar on the wall or set it on your counter. The white glaze and blue design make us feel a connection to history, to the kitchens of our grandparents. There is a simplistic beauty to this piece that draws you into the past, inviting you to slow down. Each piece is thrown on the wheel, altered and attached to a slab. It is then under glazed, hand painted and then glazed again. My artistic mission is to make and help you connect to high quality handmade pottery. By introducing my pottery into your home, you find that you are able to connect with your daily routines that you may not have in the past. Your pottery will invite you to slow down, observe and enjoy. Each piece in my shop is thrown on the wheel or hand built by me in my small backyard studio.
